How to make an order?

Choose your favorite bracelet, select the text or symbols you want to engrave, choose a size, quantity and add a bracelet to your shopping cart. Note: If you want to order two bracelets, but different sizes, make separate orders. You can continue your purchase by clicking on the shopping basket icon in the right corner of the page where you can enter your personal information and pay for the purchase. Be sure that you complete all the steps to make the purchase and the payment will be executed.

How to choose size?

To choose the right size, you need to measure the exact wrist volume leaving no space around your wrist.

Classic model bracelet

It is very important to measure the exact size of the wrist because the size of the bracelet is unregulated. If the wrist size matches two sizes, we recommend that you choose a bigger one. If you do not find the right size or want a larger bracelet, please contact us and we will make the right bracelet for you.

Modern model bracelet

If the wrist volume is up to 17 cm, we recommend choose a smaller size. If the wrist volume is more than 17 cm, we recommend choose a larger size. Larger bracelet size fits up to 20 cm wrist size. The size of a modern model bracelet can be changed according to the needs - the strap has several holes that allow a slight change of bracelet size.

Can I engrave on both sides of the bracelet ring?

Yes, you can engrave on both sides of the classic bracelet ring.

However, note that the engraving on the inside may be unsymmetrical in relation to the outside and may be slightly hidden under the straps due to the fact that the ring rotates and is strapped on both sides differently.

The engraving on the inside is only visible to you.

How to change or cancel my order?

Contact our customer service department in the contact section as soon as possible so we can change or cancel your order before it is sent. Be sure to write your order number in the email.

How can I use discount code?

Click on shopping cart icon in the right corner of the page and you will find information about your order. At the bottom of the website you can find “I have discount code” section, click on it to enter the code and continue placing your order.

Why I did not receive order confirmation?

After ordering and making a payment, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. It is important that the email address you provided is correct. If you haven't received a message, check the spam box. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us before submitting a new order to verify that your order is on our system.

When my order will be sent?

The product's production time is 1 business day, after which the product will be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email when your bracelet will be sent.

How much time I need to wait until I receive the goods?

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Delivery can take a little longer than delivery table shows because shipping to other countries of the world can delay the goods a little longer because of customs.

What should I do if I did not receive my ordered bracelet?

Contact us if you have not received your item within the time limit. Be sure to let us know your order information.

Can I change part of bracelet after I have received it?

Yes, contact us and we will provide you with an address where you can return the item. Note that the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, preferably the packaging should be unopened. We should be informed about any changes within 14 days of delivery.

If you want to increase the size of a classic bracelet, you will need to pay an extra € 5. Bracelet size reduction is free. If you ordered the wrong size of a modern bracelet, the size change is free of charge.

In all cases of bracelet resizing, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

What is a return and exchange policy?

Jacob Colinn bracelets are custom-made on the individual requests; therefore, items cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the received item or found manufacturing errors (faulty engraving, wrong strap, pendant, or buckle color) immediately contact us.

We encourage you to email us (info@jacobcolinn.com) and explain the situation. We recommend adding relevant photos that would prove the issue. Do not forget to add the order number, which allows us to identify your purchase. Within 2 working days, after evaluating the situation, we will send you further details.

What to do if I receive a bracelet which is different from product I ordered?

We recommend checking your bracelets as soon as you get them to make sure they are in good condition and exactly the same you have ordered. If you decide that there is something wrong with the bracelet, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend that you write an email (info@jacobcolinn.com) and explain the situation as well as add some photos to help us understand the situation. Do not forget to write an order number to identify the order. Once the situation has been assessed, the decision will be taken and the reply will be sent within 2 business days.

What are taxes (VAT)?

Prices in the online store are already with VAT, which is 21% of the amount. Additional charges may be added when the goods reach the customs. Contact your customs department to get information about these charges.

Can I buy a gift coupon?

Yes, you can buy a gift card here. Available gift card amounts: 20 €, 40 €, 60 € and 100 €.

The gift card is valid for all Jacob Colinn bracelets, including discount bracelets.

Gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

If you order goods for less than the amount indicated on the gift card, the money will not be refunded. When ordering goods for a larger amount than the gift card, the difference is paid by the buyer at the time of purchase. If the gift card has not been used within its validity period, the service is deemed to have been provided. Unused gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are not exchangeable for money.

How can I use a gift card?

Select "My Cart" at the top right of the page. Click "Checkout". In the next step, enter the code shown on the gift card into the box provided at top right.

Do bracelets have a warranty?

Yes, all bracelets have a 12-months warranty. The warranty is valid only in case of a manufacturing error, the item must not show any signs of use or alteration. In case the item is worn out or was held in improper storage, the warranty is not valid.

How to take care of your bracelet?

To keep the bracelet in excellent condition, we recommend:

  • protect the bracelet from the contact with water;
  • do not wear the bracelet close to other accessories;
  • avoid contact with sharp metal surfaces;
  • avoid contact with chemical substances.
